Real Estate Attorneys

Dubin & Reardon is a well respected law firm concentrating on all aspects of real estate closings.

Founded by Attorney Richard S. Dubin, the firm is committed to providing its clients with the highest quality legal representation available, with a flat fee structure ensuring our clients’ peace of mind regarding their legal budgets.

Attorney Dubin opened the Martha’s Vineyard office in 1986, and continues to work with buyers, sellers and lenders on the island with their real estate closings.

Attorney Bryan W. Reardon joined the firm in 2002 to maintain current clients, earn new client relationships and continue to provide the excellent service our clients expect.

Attorneys Jonathan M. Holter and Karl R. Hemr joined the firm in 2011 and 2015 respectively to continue the firm’s superb representation of buyers, sellers, and mortgage lenders in real estate financing and acquisitions. Attorney Holter works in the Martha’s Vineyard office and Attorney Hemr works in the Centerville office.

What Makes Us Different

When handling a closing for the mortgage lending institution we will review the Offer to Purchase and the Purchase & Sale Agreement for the buyer at no extra charge. We also prepare a Declaration of Homestead at no extra charge. Our flat fee structure ensures that our clients do not have to worry about paying hourly attorney fees.

A successful real estate closing attorney’s office is judged by the quality and number of staff. Dubin & Reardon employs nine of the most experienced real estate paralegals and legal assistants in the business. More than 50% of the firm’s staff has more than 20 years of preparing and closing real estate transactions. Another strength is our title department which maintains full time title examiners covering the entire eastern coast of Massachusetts, including Martha’s Vineyard, allowing our firm to handle real estate transactions from Boston to Cape Cod and the Islands quickly and efficiently.
